- Graduate in any stream or above.
- Good communication skill & command on spoken and written English to communicate effectively internal and external stake holders.
- Strong commitment towards work " AN DO APPROACH ".
- Good organizational , leadership skill and attention to details.
- Good understanding of IT industry.
- Pleasing & friendly personality.
- Attitude of canceal , advice and steer the team .
- Self motivated.
STATE CO-ORDINATOR POWER & DUTIES :
- To recommend new frenchisee.
- To implement head quarter policies
- To bridge the gap between district co-ordinator,centres and head quarter
- Dispose off local complain of centres and district co-ordinator
- Coordinate between diffirent centres and district co-ordinator
- To follow the direction and guidelines of head quarter time to time and district co-ordinator
- To organize press conference , seminar and other promotional activities and district co-ordinator.
- To recommends new district co-ordinator
